Welcome to the Pod.

Did you know orcas are one of the only animals that train together for life? Just like them, our strength comes from community. Here are answers to the most common questions before you dive in.

  • Orca Strength Collective is a training studio built on the power of the Pod—a small team of 2–6 people who train together at the same time each week. Your Pod is more than a workout group; it’s a team with a shared goal, built-in accountability, and the energy that comes from showing up together.

    Each Pod meets twice a week—either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday—with extra sessions available on Fridays and Saturdays. Training blends strength work, conditioning, and athletic movement designed to make you strong, confident, and capable.

    We also offer 1-on-1 personal training, but the heart of Orca Strength Collective is the Pod—because results are better, consistency is easier, and the process is more fun when you’re part of a team.

  • In a big class, you’re just another face in the room. In a pod, you get personalized coaching in a small group where everyone is seen, supported, and pushed. Your pod becomes your people. Your progress will be documented and celebrated.

  • We do functional fitness performed at high intensity, always adjusted to your ability level. But first things first: we focus on position before performance — because getting hurt and ending up on the couch is not the goal. We lift heavy, train hard, laugh a ton, connect with other badass people, and say yes to adventure.

  • Not at all. Every movement can be scaled and adjusted to your level. You're going to be coached through all movements and we focus on the basics. Whether you’re brand new or a former athlete getting back into it, we’ll meet you where you are and move you forward.

  • Pods meet 2x week. Either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. We offer additional sessions on Fridays and Saturdays!


  • All memberships run on a 4-week cycle so you know exactly what you’re committing to. We do require a 12 week commitment and we allow a 1, 4 week pause at a $30 charge.

  • You can apply to join a pod. While I’m building pods, you’ll still get coached as if it’s a private session. Once your pod fills, you’ll roll right into the group Our pods are built for 2-6 people.


  • Yes. You’ll get nutrition support to help fuel your workouts, recover well, and reach your goals. It’s not about extreme diets — it’s about building sustainable habits that fit your life.

  • Nope. This is about lifestyle. We’ll focus on training, nutrition, recovery, mobility, and mindset. Plus, we host monthly community events so you can connect with other like-minded people outside the gym. Want to be surrounded by other fit moms and dads in the community? Me too! 


  • You’ll train at a time that works for you and your schedule. Pods are small and intentionally capped so you’ll always have space and attention. You will commit to your pod time.

  • Busy moms and dads, professionals, and former athletes who want their life back. People who want to feel athletic again, have fun, and be part of a strong, supportive community. If you bring effort, not excuses, you’ll fit right in.
