3. Your Consultation + Goal Session

When you come in, we’ll walk through:

  • Your goals

  • Training history

  • Any injuries or limitations

  • What “athletic again” means to you

  • What your weekly schedule looks like

  • I’ll put you through a free session and movement screening.
