How Training Works
How we set you up for success:
Everyone begins with personal training before joining a pod.
Why? Because we want you — and your team — to succeed. In these first sessions we:
Lock in your mechanics so you move well and stay injury-free.
Set clear goals and build a plan that fits your lifestyle.
Build confidence so you’re ready to train alongside others.
Your pod is intentionally small — just a handful of people — so every teammate matters. We work hard to create crews of people who commit, show up, and push each other forward. By the time you join, you’ll be prepared to contribute and ready for your podmates to count on you.
I love working with former athletes, busy moms, and anyone who wants to feel strong, capable, and pain free again. My job is to coach and challenge you; your job is to show up and put in the work.
The goal? That you leave every session confident, capable, and ready to say yes to more — more adventure, more life, more strength.
your pod:
Once you’ve built your foundation, you’ll step into a pod which is your team — a small group of like-minded people who work hard, value health, and want more out of life. Everyone's workout is adjusted based on ability and goals, and you train side by side with your people. We offer 4-8 sessions per month packages. Get in and get on with life but have that part of your day where you actually connect and take care of yourself.
