How Training Works
start here: 1-on-1 Training (Foundations)
Everyone begins with personal training. We lock in your mechanics, set clear goals, and build a plan that works for you.
I love working with former athletes, busy parents, and anyone who wants to feel strong and able again while being pain free. My job is to coach and challenge you. Your job is to show up and put in the work.
The goal? That you leave every session feeling confident, capable, and ready to say yes to more—more adventure, more life, more strength.
Pod Training (Small-Group Strength)
Once you’ve built your foundation, you’ll step into a pod — a small group of like-minded people who work hard, value health, and want more out of life. Everyone's workout is adjusted based on ability and goals, but you train side-by-side, coached and pushed together.
